WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 14 days of your purchase you can ship your order back to receive a full refund no questions asked as long as the items aren't damaged or altered in anyway including: stains, tears etc. (buyer responsible for return shipping costs). In addition to returning your items you will need to send us an email (liveandlag@gmail.com) letting us know to expect a return order and to initiate your refund.

Don't worry! Even if an item's availability is at zero you can email us at LiveAndLAG@gmail.com or hit the contact tab with what shirt design and size you want and we will let you know an approximate time frame of it's production! If something will not be reordered we will remove the item and send you an email notifying you.
HOW OFTEN IS YOUR SITE UPDATED WITH NEW CONTENT?
Of course! We are inclusive of all games and platforms! Just include the games you stream in your application for us to review. We will continue adding games to our community page as our team grows and new games are released.

To cancel your order you need to immediately email us specifying your order information. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return it before your refund will be given. For more information refer to our return policy.
